Paid in-stock items at Pops & Gigi's Gift Shop, LLC “www.PopsandGigis.com” will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday through Saturday).
Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS depending upon weight and location. Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Pops & Gigi's Gift Shop, LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should your product be received damaged or unusable, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.
To receive a full refund, you must return your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date (confirmed through shipment tracking). Products must be in “new” condition (not used, worn and/or washed). Any used or damaged product(s) will not be refunded or exchanged. Exchanges will be for equal value of product(s) purchased. Returns will be made in the same manner the purchase was made upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning a product. It is the customer's responsibility to return items to Pops & Gigi's Gift Shop, LLC at the customer’s expense.
